It all started on a beach…

One summer afternoon on a quiet beach in Indonesia, my friend Anne - a long-time yoga practitioner - invited me to join her for a practice. It was my first true experience of yoga, and to this day, I remember that moment vividly.

When I returned to Singapore, where I was living at the time, I signed up for classes at the nearest studio. I never looked back. Needless to say, I will always be grateful to Anne for that simple invitation that changed so much.

Yoga has since become an essential part of my life. It supports me in embracing the good days and navigating the more challenging ones. Through this practice, I discovered the importance of self-care and developed a deeper connection with my body - one built on awareness, respect, and compassion.

I am still on this journey, and I feel incredibly fortunate to share what I learn along the way with the people I have the privilege of welcoming to my classes.

Born and raised in France, I spent many years living and working in Southeast Asia before settling in the beautiful English countryside, where I now live.
