I always enjoy the Monday morning class, by the regular attendance, so do many others. But, the private class is something else. I have gained so much confidence in my body and mind. I can, with practice and commitment do so much more than I previously thought possible. I just want you to know that you are a super tutor and I am immensely grateful to you

Fully personalised sessions, in the comfort of your home.

Private sessions can be incredibly useful because they are tailored specifically to your needs and goals. You get personalised attention, which can help you progress, address specific concerns and develop a practice that suits your body and lifestyle. It’s a great way to deepen your practice, learn at your own pace and focus on what matters most to you.

My approach is informed by biomechanics applied to yoga and current research.

When to choose one-to-one sessions

  • Help you regain mobility and strength after a surgery or an adverse health issue,

  • Supports your nervous system by restoring calm and ease,

  • Restore confidence after a fall,

  • Provides you some tools to keep improving by integrating ‘movement snacks’ into your daily routine,

  • Build strength, flexibility, balance,

  • Build your confidence towards joining a group class.

How does it work:

  • Initial consultation (30min) to discuss your needs and objectives.

  • 60min or 45min session in the comfort of your home (possibility to hire a space if more convenient).

  • You’ll be offered a tailored yoga practice to carry on at home in between sessions. Based on your needs and feedback, I’ll adjust your personalised home-practice regularly.

I have developed a deeper insight and appreciation of the glorious benefits of yoga. Carine’s excellence and dedication shone through in the carefully crafted programme of positions & routines that helped to increase my strength, stamina and an overall sense of fulfilment. She commits so much of herself in developing and encouraging others, and her collaborative approach makes you want to keep practising and learning!
