By participating in any yoga class, workshop, one-to-one session and/or other exercise (collectively, the “Activities”) offered by Carine Seror trading under Golden Yoga, you agree to the terms & conditions. The Activities may be offered in a physical location or offered online by videos, or other digital media or platforms. All of such offerings, either physical or online, shall be considered “Activities.”

Single class

Once purchased, a class cannot be refunded. If you cancel no less than 24 hours before the class starts, you can reschedule your booking by contacting carine@golden-yoga.co.uk or rescheduling online at Book A Class.

Class passes, workshops, online/video classes

No refunds will be given once purchased. However, you may transfer your remaining classes or your space at a workshop to a person of your choice. Class passes have a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase. Class passes are assigned to an individual client and cannot be shared between clients.

Booking for classes

If Carine Seror trading as ‘Golden Yoga’ cancels a class or a workshop, then the class or workshop will be credited back to your client account. No compensation will be given. Carine Seror trading as ‘Golden Yoga’, reserves the right to remove the option to book online from any clients who misuse the service. Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24hours of the scheduled class will incur a £5 cancellation fee for a group class and a £20 cancellation fee for a one-to-one session.

Liability Waiver

By participating in Activities,

1. You recognise that you must be in adequate physical and mental health to participate in the Activities. You understand that the Activities may require physical exertion, and you represent and warrant that you are physically fit enough to participate, and you have no medical condition which would prevent your full participation in the Activities. You recognise that the Activities may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician before your participation in the Activities. If you have done so, you have taken the physician’s advice.

2. You understand your physical limitations and you are sufficiently self-aware to stop or modify your participation in any Activity before you become injured or aggravate a pre-existing injury.

3. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the Activities.

4. You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any “Claim” (as defined below) you may have against Carine Seror/Golden Yoga its owners, managers, teachers, instructors, workshop presenters, employees, independent contractors and staff (each, a “Released Party”) that you may sustain as a result of participating in the Activities even if the Claim arises from the negligence of any Released Party or anyone else. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party from any loss, cost, or liability incurred in defending any Claim made by you or anyone making a Claim on your behalf, even if the Claim is alleged to or did result from the negligence of any Released Party or anyone else.

   “Claim” includes but is not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, fees, legal actions, rights of actions for damages, personal injury, mental suffering, and distress, or death that you may suffer, your spouse, children or unborn child may suffer (including any legal fees or expenses) in connection with participation in any Activity.

5. You, your heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue any Released Party for any Claim caused by any negligence or other acts of a Released Party.

Photography/Videos

You hereby understand that Carine Seror/GoldenYoga from time to time may photograph, video, or otherwise record classes or events and place such photographs and videos on its website or social media platform. You hereby consent to the use of your image that may appear in any such photograph or video.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination.

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
